Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Fixers Guide (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) collects, why, who we share it with, and your choices. Fixers Guide generates AI walking tours you access through a Telegram bot and a Telegram Mini App.
Who we are
The Service is operated by Ilia Krivopolenov PR Računarsko programiranje IK SOFT Novi Sad (“IK SOFT”), Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia — the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact owner@fixers.guide.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or address, and in this beta we do not process payments.
- Telegram account data (from Telegram sign-in): your Telegram user ID, first/last name and username if set, and language code — used to create your account and authenticate you. One Telegram user maps to one Fixers Guide account.
- Tour requests: the city, theme, duration and language you enter to generate a tour.
- Generated content: the tours we produce for you (stops, descriptions, routes, audio) and their metadata.
- Usage & credits: a per-account credit balance and a ledger of generations (for metering).
- A device identifier: an opaque value derived from your Telegram ID, used to attribute requests.
- Operational logs: standard server logs (timestamps, request/response status, errors) to operate and secure the Service. We do not use them for advertising profiles.
How we use it
- Provide the Service: authenticate you, generate and deliver tours, meter credits.
- Operate, secure, debug and improve the Service.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
Who we share it with (sub-processors)
To generate tours we send your tour-request text (e.g. the city and theme) and derived prompts to the providers below, and we host the Service on cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data.

Each provider processes data under its own terms. We share only what's needed for the stated purpose.
Where data is stored & how long
Service data is hosted in the EU (Azure Sweden Central). We keep your account, tours and usage records while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (see Your choices); we may retain minimal records where required by law.
Legal basis
Where Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) or the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process data to perform the service you request and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing it. IK SOFT is the controller.
Your choices & rights
- Access / deletion: email owner@fixers.guide to request a copy or deletion of your data.
- Stop using the Service: stop messaging the bot; ask us to delete your account to remove stored data.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection; contact us to exercise them.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not use it if you are under that age.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, note it in the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
