Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Fixers Guide (the “Service”), an AI walking-tour generator you access through a Telegram bot and a Telegram Mini App, operated by Ilia Krivopolenov PR Računarsko programiranje IK SOFT Novi Sad (“IK SOFT”, “we”, “us”), Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Fixers Guide generates themed walking tours for a city using AI, resolves stops to real-world locations, builds a route, and narrates the stops. The Service is provided in beta and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You need a Telegram account to use the Service; your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own terms. You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Credits
Generating tours consumes credits from a per-account balance. In this beta, credits are granted for free (including a welcome grant) and cannot be purchased; they have no monetary value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We may change credit amounts, pricing, or the credit model at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don't: use the Service unlawfully or to harm others; attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer it; circumvent credit limits or authentication; or use it to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
5. AI-generated content — important safety notice
Tours are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Locations, directions, distances, opening hours, accessibility, and safety information are not guaranteed.
- Do not rely on the Service for navigation, emergencies, or safety-critical decisions.
- Independently verify places, routes, and conditions before and during a walk.
- Follow local laws, signage, private-property rules, and your own judgment. Walk safely and be aware of traffic and surroundings.
You use tours and follow routes at your own risk.
6. Content & intellectual property
As between you and us, we and our licensors own the Service and its software. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and the tours it generates for your personal, non-commercial use. You're responsible for the tour inputs you provide and confirm you have the right to submit them.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including OpenAI, Google, Geoapify, Tavily, ElevenLabs, Telegram, Microsoft Azure, and Cloudflare — see the Privacy Policy). We're not responsible for third-party services, and their terms apply to your use of them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content is accurate or suitable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IK SOFT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on generated content. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or to discontinue the beta. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we'll change the effective date and, for material changes, note it in the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Novi Sad, Serbia, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
